As Principal / Licensee of Stanistreet Realty, Russ Stanistreet will seek your authority to arrange the completion of approved maintenance and / or repairs and will act in accordance with the spending limit specified in your Exclusive Management Agreement, Form 20a.

If a problem arises which poses a health or safety risk, or in an emergency situation (e.g. burst water pipe), Russ Stanistreet will personally co-ordinate activities on your behalf should you be not contactable.
