Stanistreet Realty has zero-tolerance towards rental arrears

Stanistreet Realty has implemented a number of payment methods to assist minimise the possibility of rental payment issues and to allow rental payments to be made by you as easily as possible.

These are:

  • Direct Debit – We assist the you to arrange this option with either your financial banking institution or your employers pay office for a scheduled and automatic direct debit to our agency Trust Account;
  • Direct Debit Card – Direct payment made to our agency Trust Account from any Australia Post office throughout the country;
  • Over the Counter payments – EFTPOS / Credit Card / Bank cheques or cash
    (no personal cheques are accepted);
  • Electronic Funds Transfer, EFT payment via internet.
  • NOTE: Credit cards payments attract an additional fee of 1.5%.
  • If you fall 8 days behind in rental payments, an RTA Form 11 Breach Notice will automatically be issued, allowing 7 (legislative) days for the rent to be paid up to date.
    If this notice is not complied with, an automatic RTA Form 12 Notice to Leave is issued with 7 (legislative) days requiring notice to vacate.
